Return & Refund Policy

At ArtifyM2M, we take pride in crafting personalized, high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The item is damaged during transit

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong product was delivered

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.

2. Refunds or Replacements

If your request is approved:

  • We offer a free replacement or

  • A full refund to your original payment method, if a replacement is not feasible

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Non-returnable Items

  • Customised or personalised items

  • DIY kits once opened or used

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before production begins (whichever is earlier).
